In the design process of suspension bearings, fully absorb and learn the design concept and excellent technology of SFAG and SKF bearings in Germany.
Seven tests were carried out on the two bearings, and the data obtained from the tests were compared. The structure with reasonable structure, large axial and radial load and no abnormal noise was selected as the direction chosen by the company for design and manufacture.
Suspension bearings are arranged according to different ball arrangements to suit different applications. There are four different arrangements in the direction of force.
1. Standard layout: mainly used for inner-to-core bearings.
2. Reverse arrangement: mainly used for outer-to-center bearings.
3. Tilt arrangement: reduce the radial load acting on the ball.
4. Axial arrangement: optimizes space and provides better bearing stability when radial loads are limited.
Seven tests were also carried out on SFAG and SKF bearings in four different arrangements. The tests show that the reverse arrangement bearings are better than the other three arrangements, and the reverse arrangement bearings of SFAG are better than the reverse arrangement bearings of SKF. Therefore, it is concluded that the bearing with the reverse arrangement SFAG structure is the design base type.

4. The skeleton in SFAG reverse arrangement bearing adopts 1.5mm thick 65Mn spring steel plate (chemical element test is similar to domestic 65Mn),SKF adopts 1mm steel plate.
