Generally, the oil mark of oil leakage does not exceed the spring disc, and the oil mark is limited to the spring disc where the shock absorber oil seal is normal. Oil leakage cannot be regarded as oil leakage. The loss of oil leakage has been considered in the design of adding oil to the general shock absorber. When the shock absorber is produced, the oil quantity has been filled according to the standard. When the normal loss of oil quantity during use does not exceed 25ml, the shock absorber will not be abnormal. The results of bench durability test on the shock absorber show that oil leakage will not occur even if the shock absorber travels for 200000 kilometers. After the test, the performance of the shock absorber with a 5-20ml reduction in decomposition oil quantity meets the use requirements.
