5. add too much lubricating oil, oil level is too high or add the wrong oil.
6. The joint surface of the parts is deformed by deflection and the shell is damaged, causing the lubricating oil to leak out.
7. After the vent plug and the one-way valve are blocked, the oil leakage at the weak seal is often caused by the air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the box shell.
2. measures to prevent vehicle oil leakage
1. Pay attention to the role of the liner. The gasket between the parts of the static part of the car plays a leak-proof sealing role. If the material, production quality and installation do not meet the technical specifications, it will not play the role of sealing and leakage prevention, and even accidents. Such as the oil pan or valve cover, due to the large contact area and not easy to compact, resulting in oil leakage.
2. All kinds of fastening nuts on the car need to be tightened according to the specified torque. If the gasket is too loose and not tight, it will leak; if it is too tight, it will cause the metal around the screw hole to bulge or screw thread to cause oil leakage. In addition, if the oil drain plug of the oil pan is not tightened or loosened and falls off, it is easy to cause oil loss, and then the machine damage accident of "burning bush and holding shaft" occurs.
3. Replace the failed oil seal in time. Many moving parts on the car will throw oil due to improper installation, misalignment between the journal and the oil seal edge. Some oil seals will lose their elasticity due to rubber aging if they are used too long. Leakage should be updated in a timely manner.
4. Avoid blocking the check valve and vent valve. As a result, the temperature in the box shell rises, and the oil and gas fill the entire space and cannot be discharged, so that the pressure in the box shell increases, the consumption of lubricating oil increases and the replacement cycle is shortened. After the engine ventilation system is blocked, the movement resistance of the piston is increased, which increases fuel consumption. Due to the effect of the air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the box shell, it often causes oil leakage at the weak seal. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check, dredge and clean the vehicle.
5. Properly solve all kinds of oil pipe joint sealing. The car union nut is often disassembled and assembled, which is easy to break and loosen, which will cause oil leakage. Replace the union nut, use the grinding method to solve its cone seal, so that the nut is pressed to solve the seal.
6. Avoid throwing oil at the hub. Too much lubricating grease in the wheel hub bearing and cavity, or improper oil seal assembly, poor quality and aging failure; excessive temperature of the wheel hub caused by frequent braking; loose axle nuts, etc. will cause the wheel hub to throw oil. Therefore, to use the "cavity lubrication method", dredge the vent.
